This is to bring to your kind notice and information that the management of the following building is carrying out unauthorised construction work in the open to sky area surrounding the Septic tank of the building:

ANJALI Apartment

130/1. B-Block, Bangur Avenue,

I wish to inform you that I purchased the ground floor flat in this building on 11th March, 2010 but I did not start staying therein till 23rd March 2010. I am a senior citizen of 66 years age, forced to stay single due to own circumstances, and specifically therefore I have purchased this ground floor three side open flat looking ahead to my dim days. The aforesaid area is on the north side of my flat and my windows opens directly into this open area

I have learnt that the management of the building intends to use this place for generation of income by allotting parking space, use of this area by flat owners on daily rental basis for their leisure or social activities, management meetings, playing of indoor games like playing cards, carom board, etc.& other activities.

The covering of this area will result in obstructing light, air and other environmental benefits to my sole flat and likely to create pollution and other nuisance for me if the intended activities are permitted in this area. I enclose a copy of my emailed & hand delivered letter to the secreatry, Mr. Sharma, but to no effect.

I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and do the needful,

2. TREE UPROOTING Complaint

Reg: Uprooting of a Environ Friendly Tree from
the Building at 130/1 B-Block, Bangur Avenue

This is to bring to your kind notice and information, though belated, that a fully grown young guava tree was flourishing in the common open area of the building at the following address on 11 March, 2010, when I purchased a Flat in this building but was not started staying therein till 23rd March 2010:

On 19th March 2010 I found that the tree has been completely uprooted on the instructions of the building management, whose secretary is Mr. Rajendra Sharma staying & owning a Flat in the same building. This tree has been uprooted without any permission from the relevant authority.

I have come to know that the uprooting of such tree is prohibited under law if done without specific permission from the appropriate authority, and that the Municipal Authority and Police Station should be intimated of the offence for necessary action.
