Cooperation or co-operation is the process of working or acting together. In its simplest form it involves things working in harmony, It is the opposite of working separately in competition.

Cooperation is the process by which the components of a system work together to achieve the greater-than-the-sum-of-its-parts properties. In other words, individual components that appear to be “selfish” and independent work together to create a highly complex system.

Even if all members of a group would benefit if all cooperate, but an individual’s self-interest may not favor cooperation.

INSANITY - Means Violations of Social Norms

Found at 4 PM on 22nd Sep that the posted Notice has been freshly splashed  with water.

Complaint against:

MOSQUITOES BREEDING in the Compound of
ANJALI APARTMENT, 130/1 Block-B, Bangur Ave.

This is to bring to your notice that mosquitoes are breeding in the open area above the sewerage tanks of my building, Anjali Apartment situated at 130/1 Bangur Avenue, B-Block.

For last several months this place is not being cleaned by the sweeper, on the instructions of Mr. Rajendra Kumar Sharma, who is looking after the building maintenance & its funds since March 2010. The reason is clearly - the vested interests.

There are three Sewerage Tank duct pits, each about one feet deep. These pits  and the plastic bottles, etc. thrown from the upper floors accumulate rain water. This helps breeding of mosquitoes and to spread all over the locality.

This nuisance will create health problem for all the people staying nearby and particularly me because my flat is on the ground floor and on the side of this compound

I hope you understand the seriousness of the matter, especially when rains help spreading diseases like malaria, dengue, and request you to do the needful.

Further, in case this matter is also to be brought to the notice of any other appropriate authority, kindly guide me.

AS SUCH, I HAVE DECIDED & STARTED REMEDIAL LEGAL ACTION. Result will take some time.

This morning (13-9-2012) Mr. Sharma sent Mr. Binod Jain of Flat No. 11 on 4^th floor for persuading me, as sharma's oppressive tactics failed against me. Mr. Jain told me that why being a Marwari, you take “panga” (invite problems) [from Sharma & Co].

I was surprised to hear his argument. He knows well that Mr. Sharma is evading publishing the Accounts Statements for last three years [i.e. the year 2009-10 (this year, I suspect a gross misuse of funds amounting to over Rs.10000 in Building Repair Expenditure), 2010-11 & 2011-12.

I told him in stern voice, that Mr. Sharma must first submit accounts statements. Then allow flat owners tp scrutinize them, and then only a dialogue will be possible. Mr. Jain could not face me and left uttering his displeasure.

From the above, I assume Mr. Jain is also protecting Mr. Sharma. Let Mr. Jain side with him, I least care. However, he, as a respected flat owner, should earnestly work to bring the misrule of Mr. Sharma & Co to an end for the welfare of the building residents. BUT Mr. JAIN IS ALSO A MEMBER of Sharma & Co., as it appears at the of his moves so far. LET US SEE!

"KLEPTOCRACY" means "Rule by Thieves"

ARISTOTLE’s Political Cycle:

MONARCHY ==soon gets perverted into à TYRANNY ==replaced byà ARISTOCRACY (the rule of a few wise & able people) == soon gets perverted into àOLIGARCHY ==to be replaced byàPOLITY (rule of the people or the majority) == gets perverted into àDEMOCRACY  ==& finally replaced byà MONARCHY & the cycle begins all over again. Can you suggest where to place Kleptocracy in it?

Kleptocracies are generally associated with corrupt forms of authoritarian Management, particularly dictatorships, or some other forms of autocratic Management in which no outside oversight is possible, due to the ability of the kleptocrat(s) to personally control both the supply of funds and the means of determining their disbursal. Kleptocratic rulers typically treat their country's treasury as though it were their own personal bank account, spending the funds on luxury goods as they see fit. Many kleptocratic rulers also secretly transfer public funds into secret personal numbered bank accounts.

In addition, the money that kleptocrats steal is often taken from funds that were earmarked for public amenities, such as the building of hospitals, schools, roads, parks and the like - which has further adverse effects on the quality of life of the citizens living under a kleptocracy.
