Enclosed please find the cheque No. 000015 dated 21st March
2013 for Rs.1650/= on Bank of India towards my dues for the basic services
provided during the F. Year April-2012 to March-2013 for my flat at Anjali
Apartment. Earlier, I had deposited five cheques of Rs.150/= each (total amount
Rs.750/=) directly in the State Bank Account of Anjali Apartment between
April-August 2012.
I had to stop depositing the monthly cheques directly in
the Bank, when in September 2012 a notice signed by five flat owners was put on
the wall asking not to deposit any money directly in the Building’s Bank
Account.
You as well Mr. Mukherjee, your other associate in the
matter of management of the Building, did neither accept my payments based upon
the actual routine expenses nor have provided
the statement of Building’s Accounts for over three years since March 2010.
This is not good for the welfare of the building if we do not look together.
As I also found a number of irregularities in the
management of Building’s funds and denial by you to render certain services
particularly to my flat only, I have decided to pay the charges based upon the routine
expenses for my flat.
Please acknowledge the receipt of the enclosed cheque.
